Timely & Responive .png

We conduct research that meets survivors' needs and leads to lasting change.

We make space for the work to

evolve responsively to what emerges.

We work with flexible timeframes that allow for wellbeing and self-care to be prioritised, and distress to be minimised.

We ensure our work responds to survivors' current priorities.

We work with a fluid yet planned timeline and clear aims.

We work with generous timeframes that allow for relationship-building.

We argue for realistic timelines and workloads in funding bids.

Timely & Responsive

Please remember that these principles capture what we strive to achieve, but we are imperfect messy humans who struggle, get tired, do mistakes, and are often constricted by the parameters of the systems and structures we operate within.
